      Directions to use

      • To make one glass of Isha health mix.

      • Boil 150 ml of water.

      • Mix 50 Ml of cold water with 2 tablespoons (20 gm) of health mix and add to boiling water.

      • Boil the mixture for 5 minutes, stirring continuously. Add Jaggery or country sugar as per requirement.

      • For a richer taste, add milk or coconut milk or grated coconut. Serve hot or cold.
